F2P Alli Druid heals?

Woohoo! Rdruids! I think some other people hit the nail on the head when they said the healing output is the weakest, but that their survivability and general assistance (roots/thorns whattup?) make the class very viable and extremely fun.

Just general tips: Be mindful of your mana usage - you're not going to do very well sitting in mid spamming regrowth. Use your omen of clarity pops wisely and your swiftmends (<3!) at key moments and you'll be a force to be reckoned with. Also, throwing 'juvs on all your teammates when necessary is easy and very helpful.

Happy to see you rolling a class that you're genuinely interested in.

I think it's more like... aside from the inital charge (assuming you get that off) there is absolutely zero chance you will ever be in melee range of that RDruid again, for the duration of your *duel.*

Zero.

That's just not true. With Piercing Howl and the rage I get from dual wield Druids are perma-snared regardless of how much power shifting they do. As long as I get the charge off, which really isn't rough in the chaos of a BG.

Resto is really good if played right.

1. as a resto, I can beat every melee dps classes expect pallys (maybe)
(but feral druids can beat resto)
2. despite having weak healing bursts, you can kite crazy that gets you outside of danger that other healer classes can't get to

for that reason, I am going to make rdruid pvp vids since now i started rogue, ill start warlock and possibly mage and then back to Rdruid Dubbs :)

Unless the warrior is using speed pots, he should only have time to hit the druid once before travel form = out of range. Bottom line is that a rdruid will never lose to a warrior if he plays right

yup Druids dont even need to use thorns to beat warriors lol although it help alot

Well considering the overwhelming opinion seems to be against me, I guess I'm wrong.

I just don't really remember ever getting upset over rDruids on my Warrior except for one kiting me in bear form with thorns. I literally died to thorns damage only and I remember being extremely surprised at losing to a druid that wasn't 24 and feral and it hasn't happened again since then. Once again, this is my personal experience, but when an rDruid starts power shifting we just end up trading GCDs (Piercing Howl versus shift) and he ends up dying.

Maybe good rDruids are just very rare and my experience has been misleading.

Good players of any class are a rarity, especially in this bracket. The only good rdruid I ever met in a bg over the course of my ~12k hks was Flags, and I'm not sure if he still plays.***by good I mean played against, I've had several good ones in my group like cer, shft and a long time ago tkatii but I never had a chance to test how they played against good dps

Alright, you're right, if the druid goes bear form and kites me with thorns, I die. But that takes a fairly long time and in the mean time, he isn't healing and his team is dying.
Charge > Travelform out of stun, ranging you> Root > Insect Swarm > Heroic Throw > Starfire > Moonfire > ... > Dead Warrior. Total damage done: 350. Druid healed: 350.

I was actually going to submit it into that mog contest but meh

On topic; Druids are sick, plus you get to make everyone mad when they cant kill a little druid
