F2P 20's is damigeing to the 15-19 bracket?

F2P 20 are not affecting the 15-19 bracket.....just the F2P 15-19's used to play dishonestly



if F2P players get the 10G, to turn off XP and go into 15-19 BGs....that is pretty much intentional with the intent of getting games to pop and some players are duel boxing accounts/factions to throw/imbal games in their favor. i was in a BG and a F2P admitted this. sad when players rig pugs



imo...there is no way a new account player would even know on a F2P account how to scrap up 10G and turn off XP at 19



F2P level-19 even being limited, the gear is there for them to get and will get them easily over 1100hp++. saw a hunter with no enchants at all and had 1233hp using just a 3 stam WBFH and all ingame blues with one green signet of argas. a STV fishing hat would add 12 more stam and going to 1353
 
I think a lot of people are under the impression that these 'Free-To-Play players', will be vs'ing EXP levelers and other people in the 20-24 bracket. This is incorrect.



Free-To-Play level cap is 20 = level cap automatically grants no exp gain = puts you in the XP off bracket = play against people that are also level 20 and Free-To-Play players.



Even if this was the case, there'd be the players that had existing level 24 EXP off toons absolutely destroying the level 20's.
 
I dont really understand why people are saying the bracket is for people who just want to farm noobs. Well, its easy to make a twink in F2P and you don't need to play. When 19s were first made it was too to just own noobs. Over time people started actually playing competitive and focusing on more things other than farming scrubs. Competitive 19 twinks, or any level twinks aren't going to just go level 20 to farm people, they just want to try another bracket and there isnt anything wrong with that. Sure some good players will probably leave 19s to play it, but i doubt most people will since the gameplay is fairly similar, there are some big differences but overall its not a huge change. An upside though is like Pizza said some bad players will leave too, but i could care less as long as they're not rolling FoTM classes. We've all been noobs once.
 
many of your posts have valid points, but at the same time have gone a bit off topic. what I am trying to is establish is that is there a decline in 15-19 twinking because of f2p



for the record I am an eu player



from what I can see, many good players have left the bracket to not necessarily play f2p but to make bis 20 twinks to own the F2p players. etc



I haven't had a contestant bg not filled with noobs and i have noticed the dip in the activity of twink guilds on eu since the patch and I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this decline and weather anyone thought that the new tril account system could be a factor?



another major attraction for eu trial players is that they can play on us servers for free, so on off peak times they are guaranteed activity, and people generally wanna play on US I think this is why this puts a particular strain on eu.
 
you dont make a f2p twiiink to farm noobs. when a new player hits 20, they are either going to quit or subscribe; they will not play f2p BGs all day and pretend they are actually playing wow. you are fucking stupid to think that f2p twink are to take advantage of new players.
 
Yes F2P 20s, Sure might be fun but surely they wont be able to get enchants because they cant trade etc. Also they wouldnt on their own they would be with people who had XP on because its like when i made a new account in wrath. I got to 70 but didnt actually have wrath so i could 70 twink against people no twinking

but wheres the prob if NO ONE of the f2ptwink can get high enchants (= everyone got the same chances for the same gear) ?

You guys don't really understand the point of F2P twinks jeez and thanks Jaxel for putting out some good things.



First of all, you need to do everything yourself. Not mail like 10k gold to a new alt (yeah I do that). It's like starting from scratch, which is fun.



I have already had 5 different proffs to get BiS and it's much farming. One of the funniest part is gearing actually. Now think twice before you jelly 19s want to destroy our bracket by posting at our forum.

People who spend enough time will be able to kill 24s. You got to remember that Cata changed hit a lot, I can easily hit level 30s on my 19. As for doesnt make sense, I agree with you, its stupid Imho, whats 15 dollars a month to play a game I already play.
