Extreme rare Mounts lootable but not useable?

This needs to be checked, because the Field Photographer achievement at Deepholm - Deathwing's Fall area was disabled while on the Enhancement Shaman artifact quest. I had to await maxing out Cataclysm mining for easier max out the Cataclysm Engineering, locking the Hearthstone to Deepholm inn to return to Deephom after completing in the artifact quest. The nice thing is the F2P Shaman can get the location achievement, fishing achievement items, and Cataclysm mining done while on the quest as one can use the quest air elemental to fly around just remember to "land" if queuing for dungeons or PVP because you can find yourself falling or dead because the air elemental isn't actually a mount while on the quest.

The vendor don’t want to sell me these.
Also tried to get a loot from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=60491/sha-of-anger several times but only once I was able to loot, and only obtained the item that starts a quest (but need to be higher level to start)
Can someone confirm drops from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=60491/sha-of-anger on level 20? Maybe even https://www.wowhead.com/item=87771/reins-of-the-heavenly-onyx-cloud-serpent

Vendor is currently bugged, not available for anyone.
I can confirm gear from bonus roll, but no mounts yet, and also on a break from Galleon / Sha due to vendor bug.

Hi all. New in here, althougth I had been fairly active in EU 20's last 4 years or so, mostly with my alli hunter Earthless and my horde shaman Vitusdance.
Anyways, i can confirm that Son of Galeon drops (so I assume the Sha of Anger one too).
I made a new FTP account in NA four or five months ago and it dropped on my 3rd bonus roll.....but it is lvl 32 required to learn.
Fun fact is that I have more than 4500 trys in my main account in EU with no luck, and now that I have it I can't even learn it.
I have it in the bank. I'll post a picture if you want when I arrive home.

Gz on the drop, it’s a nice mount to have in bank.
So far only Galleon and Oondasta has ready been confirmed, but ye, it’s likely all can drop.
Here is Cristi with Galleon mount and me with Oondasta. (Oondasta is the only world boss mount that we can actually learn.)

Now the mop gold coins for bonus roll are available again from the vendor.
I‘ve got my first loot from Galleon through bonus roll. But so far the bonus roll window appeared only once. Is this random, or is a bonus roll available just once a week per chat? Once I was in a Party, several times without party..
