Expert Goldminer's Helmet and Huntard

Happened to get one of these to drop. Is this considered useful for hunter? I found this thread from wayback:

its not worth the stat loss if you're not trying to guarantee the hit of something critical (like, a cc) since you have much better options otherwise and expertise is a really bad stat for pvp
