When logging in between May 25th to August 1st you will recieve a main hand weapon transmog and a shield/staff transmog (depends which faction, horde gets staff alliance gets shield).
Alliance-
Shield: http://legion.wowhead.com/item=141000/replica-lions-heart
Sword: http://legion.wowhead.com/item=140999/replica-lions-fang

Horde-
Axe: http://legion.wowhead.com/item=141001/replica-blood-guards-cleaver
Staff: http://legion.wowhead.com/item=141002/replica-staff-of-guldan

If you are going to try and do a faction switch to get ally on horde and horde on ally I advise you to mog to the thing you want it on before you transfer or it will most likely turn to the other factions weapons when you switch over.

Yes their account wide so you can get horde and alliance versions, but you get them on every character you log into so if you log into 10 different alliance characters you get 10 sets of shield and sword, same for horde.
