US <EVOLVE> [H] Emerald Dream-US legacy raiding guild

<EVOLVE> is getting back in touch with the roots of the world of Azeroth. From the bowels of Molten Core to the gates of Icecrown Citadel, we aim to revisit some of Azeroth's best stories and lore.
<EVOLVE> is currently taking part in the wave of guilds doing legacy progression, starting at 60 and hoping to work from MC and progress well into Cata (and hopefully beyond). Our goal is to do each raid, in order, at the appropriate level and gear. This means that we are not looking for a character that is already twinked out--although if you have a leftover set of dungeon blues, feel free to throw it on and join us!
Currently, we are progressing through the BC content!
Burning Crusade Progress Report:
Kara: 12/12
Gruul: 2/2
Mag: 1/1
SSC: 5/6 (we have not killed Fathom-Lord)
TK: 4/4
Hyjal: 0/5
BT: 0/9
Sunwell: 0/6
Our raids times are Wednesday and Thursday at 7PM server (8PM EST).
A couple ground-rules:
1) Heirlooms are 100% acceptable for leveling. However, we do not allow heirlooms in the raids
2) No gear is to be used from an expansion later than the one we are currently on. (e.g. no BC gear used in Vanilla, no WotLK gear used in BC, ect.)
3) Feel free to make as many alt characters as you want. Keep in mind though that this will affect how much gear you recieve in the raids, and you may fall behind on your gear. You can use the same character for each level cap, and just move forward each time with that same character. It would be helpful (and highly encouraged) to leave a character at each level cap for people that want to run the old raids. Leaving a character at each level bracket is not required.
4) Epic gear (Justice/Valor gear) vendors: With the release of new expansions, all of the old Justice/Valor point gear is now purchasable with gold. The gear from these vendors is not allowed until certain points in our progression. Officers will announce which gear will be allowed at which times, so please feel free to ask any questions if you are thinking about purchasing this gear.
5) Any crafted gear is allowed as long as it is from the current expansion. However, if you are purchasing patterns/materials from the AH, you may not craft gear that is higher than will be available at the raid we are on. This means that any patterns that drop from trash/bosses ahead of our progression are not allowed.
6) The AH is allowed to be used. If you need mats for a piece of gear, it is acceptable to buy the mats at your own cost. However, be sure you are not buying any gear/items/enchantments that are not from the current expansion we are progressing through.
7) Legendary farming: we understand that legendary items take months (best case) to farm. If you want to farm for a legendary, please bring this to the attention of an officer. We have a separate set of rules to do this, and we need to be able to track who wants the legendary items.
8) Try to be consistent! We want to take you to the raids, have you progress through the content with us, and not feel left out or behind. If you can't make times once they're set, let us know, and we can try to work with you.

8/5/16 Update: We are now 5/5 in Hyjal as of last night! After 8 or 9 wipes our raid team dissected Archimonde and won out our first few pieces of T6. We are in need of healers, a non-warrior tank, and non-mage DPS for our ranks! Please check us out and join us!!

8/11/16 Update:
We got a little tied up on Azgalor last night just because of heals. Our disc priest had a work schedule change and is going to have a harder time making the raids. SO! We need to recruit another disc priest! We could also use a resto shaman (we have one being leveled, but another would be great, and a dps offspec would be great too) If you are curious about any other DPS just feel free to ask. As long as youre dedicated we should be able to fit you into the raid regardless of your class/spec.
Our plan for this evening (8/11/16) is to go straight into BT and see how far we get. If we have enough people and heals online, we might return to Hyjal and finish clearing that. Our group did really well on Archimonde last time so it shouldnt take too many attempts to down him again. We just need the numbers and heals for Azgalor to get past him. Please feel free to message me if you want to join us cross server for one of our raids to check us out before you commit.
On Saturday, 8/13/16, we are going to do a throwback raid and do MC and BWL on our 60 toons that people left behind! If that sounds interesting to you as well please feel free to come along!

BT on Wednesday! We should have enough to get us through council this time, but more will never hurt! We could use another warlock and a rogue or two! But if you want to play something else please let us know and if you are dedicated we can probably fit you in regardless!!

8/18/16 Update:
BT is clear!! We downed Illidan last night! It was very exciting! we had 16 people online for the BT clear last night.
Our plan for the rest of the week is to do Hyjal tonight, and (depending on how long that takes) give a few attempts in Sunwell. Next week the plan is to do BT again on Wednesday (8/24) and the move into Sunwell for a full evening of raiding on Thursday (8/25).
After discussion with the guild, on Legion launch week, we will only be raiding on Wednesday evening (8/31) and we will be skipping Thursday for those who want to focus more on their mains and leveling to 110. The raid for that day is undecided as of now and is all dependent upon how far we can make it in Sunwell next week.
As for what we currently need to recruiting (in order from most needed to least):
2 rogues
2 shamans (at least one resto)
1 paladin (holy preferred)
1 priest
1 mage
