Just gonna pop in and say i saw a thread in the 19s forums about using wargames to practice jumps, this something you would be interested in setting up kochi?

We could do something like that. In order for a game to stay up there must be 5 players on each side. Just like a real BG it will automatically end if not enough players stay in the match.

Also, if we were doing a 7v7 WSG match or something and another person wanted to join just to watch or practice jumps then that would be fine.
 
im in with my warrior, might level my shammy to 19 if i have time aswell, seems there's gonna be lotsa warriors.
 
I am confused. These are freeto play 19s? With limited f2p gear and unable to exp lock?

And why is everybody makin the same classes? Is there rules on which classes you can make?

edit:nvm noticed it after I posted, wtf why no rogues?

Yes, free-to-play, with equal gear that has been decided on beforehand (see webpage). Unable to XP-lock, but wargames do not reward XP. There's a small amount of participants so far, so it ended up with several of the people as the same class by accident. Everyone is free to choose whichever class, only hunters are excluded.

Not sure why the rogues were removed, maybe too OP in the arenas? I did think there were some rogues.

The warriors, priests and mages are just to fill up the ranks with people who are interested in playing but haven't leveled their own 19 yet.

I think Kochi had a great idea with this! Give it a try and join in. I have a priest so far, looking forward to wargames happening. :)

We will start setting up Saturday afternoon (AP server time).

If you want to play simply be on the AP channel or the Skype channel during this time.

The only class not allowed for the 19 games is Hunter.

The 8 warrior / 4 mage / 4 priest accounts are just extras to fill in space for those who want to play but still do not have their own 19. We want people to make their own 19 while these extra accounts will just be lent out to whoever is new.

Rogue is my favorite class, if they're OP then give them lower level daggers or something. I don't care if I'm underpowered I'd rather play a rogue than anything else.

We do have a few rogues and you are welcome to make one, whisper me in game.

One part of PvP that I do not like is when multiple stealthers group up, I consider it to be a cheap strategy for WSG so would try to limit the number of rogues to 1 per match.

For this reason I put up the notice on rogues, I would suggest making 2 classes because if you only make a 19 rogue you might not be able to play in the wargame if the rogue spot is already filled.

Boo, I wish I could give feedback, but I missed them. :(

I do very much enjoy 2v2 arenas. ^^ I feel that I'm learning quite slowly, but the progress is fun nevertheless!
 
Alot of 19 games the last 3 days. A ton of footage has been made so it might take a while to make something out of it.
I'm really loving the way warlocks play at this lvl. The spells are alot different in power then one would expect because of the low spellpower we have. For instance US is weaker then the immolate dot and the single target dps filler we get is rain of fire. Really looking forward to getting good on him.
