to answer the OP's question... not a single sever in the EU is worth rolling a 19 on. it's full of tryhard, two faced, premading, op-rolling toss pots, who as made this bracket unplayable. if you're stupid enough to roll a 19, i recommend playing druid / pally, like the cool kids.
