New BiS caster belt, and possibly BiS cloaks.. very nice

As I suspected it looks like many of these items will be best in slot. The cloak with stam, agility and AP is incredible for a rogue with access to BOAs. For those of us with a few twinks I think we are going to be quite busy updating our various gear sets. Fun times ahead. Im foaming at the mouth at the prospect of the soldier cloak for my warrior. This change will make it easier for people to make twinks and perhaps swell our numbers...here's hoping!
