Is there currently a 30-39 Community on EU Horde?

If not is anyone interested in making one?

There is one but it's pretty dead atm, we have a 39 twink guild on stormscale horde tho called <Kindergarten kids>. A few active players in the guild, but it keeps growing everyday.
