Yea! Time to join the 21st century and call it iSportsso we could all stop referring to it as goddamn "eSports".
Long story short, I need to brand an eSports team or organization for my final project at Uni, and instead of branding an imaginary one, I'd much rather brand an actual team(or org).
If you own a team or know someone who does, HMU! :3
Does country / location matter? I know the CEO of an org, however focused on Danish events for the time being, and mainly CSGO.

It doesn't matter, but to be fair, their logo is pretty good, and that's kinda the main part of visual identity(branding).
If I were to work with them, they would have to change the logo.
It's the best shot I can give personally, since they're an up-and-comer. Plenty of time to "add your touch". Just let me know and I can try and make contact.
Also, do they have to re-brand specifically? Can't you propose and show something in your project without it having to be specifically used by the org?

Currently I'm serving as Vice President of Institutional and Community Development at an Esports company, this means I travel and meet with Universities building out their esports program. Normally we charge our clients for this, and perhaps that is something we can discuss in the future with your University. If you send me an email at Ben@americanesports.net I would be more than happy to help give you some pointers or answer some questions.
We are not currently looking to acquire any services or rebrand anything.
Just do all that but for this super awesome guild called Teldrassil Firefighters
We're an esports powerhouse in the 20s bracket
When speaking with industry proffesionals and companies you should be aware that no one draws a distinction between a guild that plays pvp competitively with a team and a amateour, semi-pro, or pro team (semi-pro or above only if money is on the line), they're the same thing, in the eyes of the industry.Hey.
Sounds great.
I'm off to bed, so if you don't mind, I'll e-mail you tomorrow.
Thanks for posting BTW. :3

To be fair, I'd be down to help with the guild graphics, but in a few months from now, when I'm all done with Uni. ^^
To be clear, the wording you use when speaking to industry folks is important. You should refrain from using the word "twink" instead just say an amateour or semi-pro team in world of Warcraft, if you are pressed for details it's better to describe the playstyle than to use it's name.<TF> #1 pro twink esports team
I work for a marketing firm.To be clear, the wording you use when speaking to industry folks is important. You should refrain from using the word "twink" instead just say an amateour or semi-pro team in world of Warcraft, if you are pressed for details it's better to describe the playstyle than to use it's name.
For example:
"I worked with teams that would turn their experience off, get the best items available to them, and then compete against eachother.".
Sounds a lot better and is more understandable than:
"I use to work with twink guilds"
The first statement is not misleading, language is very important in the business world.
If someone recognizes what you're talking about and asks "you were a twink?" Just say something along the lines of "yes, but some of us refer to it as the xp off playstyle", this will demonstrate an understanding of marketing and the importance of branding.
I was quoting you for example, not in response. Sorry for the confusion.I work for a marketing firm.
I know.

Because it is difficult to gain esports experience, most people in the industry have worked with amateur level teams at one point or another.
Working with a team in this community is a great opportunity that serves as valuable resume experience.
