It might be fun just to make 1 and see... maybe this weekend i'll do it on my other account with the free weekend.

Lowest I've see yet is level 10 required, and it was someone else.

Only gear that would upgrade would be the gnome starter quests, troll starter quests and the worgen quests.
So good luck getting the upgrades!

Would need a mage to port you while in starting area to SW to turn off xp then hearth back. If someone has this much time on their hands, hats off to ya

When i think about it, the troll and gnome start quest items might not upgrade, since they dont scale to your level.

Greens only scale to 4-6 as the lowest levels.
