US Epic Slicer - any good?

I snagged this off the AH today because it looked neat.
1-10 how good is it? I've been out of the 19 game for a while.

good find, should be the highest agility weapon for 19-20 lvl i believe
worth keeping
sadly 19 twinking isnt doing well for retail

bis for pure agi, most rogues use it in their offhands, no difference between the 19 and the 20 version.

Rogues only play outlaw and they can't use dispatch with a dagger in their MH so they have to use swords / axes / maces. Any epic weapon or blue bg wep would be bis.

It'd be ok in sub/ass if you wanted full agi but most rogues opt for more stam as they are more utility / objective oriented.
