Epic gear (19)

Hey, iv been running around all day killing rares on my level 19 rogue in elwyn forest and westfall only to loot green level 13 gear. Do i need to be on a higher character to loot the 19 gear?

Level 19 epic gear only drops on level 19s.
Just low drop rates, will take some time to farm.

I have 37 green boarhide leggings and 4 blue boarhide leggings, with zero epic drops. It’s a pretty rough upgrade chance for most of the unique rare drops but they do drop eventually.

Certain named mobs in elwyn drop level appropriate gear on 19's with a chance at blue or epic but yeah they can take 2 minutes or weeks ;P
