Eng leveling?

I cant find the topic.. but somewhere I read you can level engineering from 200 to 450 by just crafting
Global Thermal Sapper Charge - Spell - World of Warcraft

is this correct.. or am i totally wrong? Some one posted a screenshot of it, after hitting 450 and they said all they did was craft that item all the way.

Don't you make those at 425?

I suggest just following a Engineering guide from google.

you get that with goblin engi quest. you SHOULD get that at 425 but you are getting it with that profession quest ( or its fine now and "working as intended" ? because you still need lots of materials for a profession levelup) . all you need is 338 cobalt, 225 saronite bars and 23 eternal water for blasting triggers and the craft itself

I'm going to test it in a little bit on my alt. Have to level it anyways.

Turns out it's going to be longer than I thought before I can test it. If someone else could confirm it would be amazing. Would also save me a lot of time/money.

Just tried it, didn't learn anything when I completed the quest.
