Can someone tell me what the 10 haste to helm enchant is and if shoulder enchants are possible anymore and if so please say

[item]Arcanum of the Ramkahen[/item] is the only haste hat enchant i know of, and there ar plenty of 70+ shoulder inscriptions that can be applied to BoA gear by high level chars.

None of them give stats to a 19 char though.

Ive seen lucky fishing hats that have been chanted with 10 haste

I wanna know what that one is but thanks anyways

I am fairly certain that one doesn't give stats to the wearer either, but now im curious what the enchant is myself.

The 10 haste to Head/Pants is one of the old Dire Maul librams, which require pristine black diamonds and are finished in the Dire Maul library in the West Wing, rather than the older librams which require normal black diamonds and are finished in burning steps.



The libram that can be used to attain this arcanum is called Libram of Rapidity. None of the stats from any libram work at 19 anymore, though armory and battlenet will show them as functioning. They require level 50 or 55 or something to work. I'm not sure if you can do them anymore, but they're useless for anyone that isn't a 60 twink, and probably even useless then.

The libram enchants activate at level 50, so you will see players from the 59 bracket use them as well. I don't believe you can get the libram enchants anymore, but if so, that would be great to know for the 59, 60, and 69 brackets.
