EU+US Enchants on non-BoA leggings?

Recently I've seen more twinks being able to apply higher level enchants such as "Brilliant Spellthread" to their Leggings of the Fang or Slither-Scale britches. I was wondering how people are able to get past the enchants requirements?

Not sure if this would work but my hard guess would be to get the item with a high level! Once you have it enchant it, delete it!

Log in with the twink and request a item restore with your twink?

Its not even a meme 15 stacks, and i carred that entired game the laste that could of happened is @Druiddroid not be autistic and help kill a FC at 15 stacks instead of being in mid with his thumb up his ass.

i don't think that's how it's done. It's something incredibly weird. From my understanding, once you obtain the gear, the appliance is done in SFK and obviously requires a high level character to be present and the trade off is unclear to me.

1.Run Walling Cavers with someone high that can enchant your legs.
2. Then have to get the Leggings of the Fang
3. then they enchant it with Shadowleather Leg Armor or Cobrahide Leg Armor
4. Trade it back to you once enchanted

Might work ??

Except that applying the enchant will remove the trade option. Same deal as if you were to transmog them.

I think there is an addon for auto accepting trades because you have to time the trade perfectly while you are applying the armor kit
