Enchants for Heirlooms

So I was able to get a few days of free game time on my veteran account.
I was wondering if I have to buy new enchants for every single toon I want to have the enchant on???

So let's take for example an agility necklace heirloom.
I want to have my feral have it as well as hunter and rogue.
Do I have to buy 3 separate enchants and send the scrolls to each toon???
Or is there some simpler way such as enchanting it on the heirloom tab?

Yes, you'll need multiple different items. Trials cannot use mailbox so I take it as veterans can't either. Also can't enchant items on the tab or take them out readily enchanted, which is really retarded and kinda defeats the purpose of the tab in the first place. I have access to every single fucking loom in the god damn tab, but still have to send them around and spend time trying to remember where I left an item. Really frustrating.

I use the Altoholic mod because, well, I'm an altoholic. Lets you search your bags, bank, and gbank across all characters on all realms. You just have to log in to populate it like the heirloom tab.
