EU+US Enchants for a 20 warrior?

Hello All.
Any know what best stats/enchants to go for on a 20 Arms Warrior. More mainly for wpvp and pve. I know endgame is

1. Mastery;
2. Haste = Versatility = Critical Strike;
3. Strength.

Does those still apply for low lvl? i know we cant get mastery at 20. Cheers.

eleforce on weps satyr on neck stack vers, static dmg boost and static dmg taken reduction
get a lot of str too

Crusader on your wep. I don't remember if arms has a reliance on crit or if thats fury. Generally you can't go wrong with str and versatility. Crit/haste aren't bad, but it depends if any of your skills are heavily based on crit/haste.

Remember that things are likely to change soon(ish) with the BfA pre-patch. So don't get too attached or spend too much effort getting these yet.
