Enchantment requires Level 11

I've dabbed in twinking for a bit without really knowing what I'm doing, but now I want to do it properly, but I'm stuck at which enchants DO work on lvl 10.
I was able to use "Enchant Chest - Super Stats" but ended up with the message above.

I have a Holy Priest and already have great fun without enchants but I still feel slow as well. I'd also love to know which enchants can raise movement speed.

Need Powerful stats (WotLK) for +1 Stats
There is a Classic enchant that is also +1 stats and usable at lv10

The +4 all stats enchant that was recently nerfed and actually gives +3 all stats chest enchant for 1-10's was grandfathered a while back.
+1 all stats is the most you can get now I believe.
