Enchanting on a F2P Account

Hi there! Brand new to twinking and hoping to learn! After a resounding success with my first attempt at twinking, I decided to gear a second one on a second account that's F2P for boosting my own characters. I'm struggling with the enchants, though. I'd thought to get Lifestealing, but can't run Scholo until level 15 and am playing as a 10 BM Monk. Are there viable enchants for me at this level as a F2P, or should I push to 15 and then try gearing out there? Also, aside from minor speed on my boots, what other enchants would you recommend?

I prefer BM over MW monk. I like level 11 BM monk better due to Keg Smash, but need to farm a neck before going to level 11.

Legion enchant for neck Mark of the Hidden Satyr (item level 60 or lower)

For dungeon level gear (item level 50 and under):
Northrend enchants for cloak, chest, bracers, gloves
Primal Leg Reinforcements from Pandaren Leatherworking
Elemental Force for weapon from Pandaren enchanting

For Warforged gear (item level 51+), pretty limited.
BFA enchants for weapon Force Multiplier or Gale Force Striking
BFA enchants for rings Accord of Mastery or similar enchants for +4

For shoulders item level 60 or lower, I currently use Boon of the Zookeeper cuz I'm farming pet charms

even without enchanting, building a enchanters hut you can do https://www.wowhead.com/item=112093/enchant-weapon-mark-of-the-shattered-hand
very reliable proc enchant. you can also do some +1 ring enchants. you will be able to get mats from WOD runs, and having a trading post built, enchant works for casters also

i saw a DH using the enchant on two https://www.wowhead.com/item=178754/poxstorm-longsword-of-pestilence?bonus=6710 weapons, along with
https://www.wowhead.com/item=178771/phial-of-putrefaction?bonus=6710 it was chain procing dots

the additional bleeds and dots seemed to assist procing of the https://www.wowhead.com/item=178769/infinitely-divisible-ooze?bonus=6710
