Hey! I want to enchant shoulders, and I have the Greater tiger claw inscription, but how do I enchant and how do I get it to my low level? beacuse it says that you need to be 85 for that enchant.
You do need to be 85 to apply the chant, but this works fine on BoA as it doesn't bind. Just apply and send to your twink, cross server or faction will work.
