Enchant to ilvl44 has changed

before the shut down i get +4 using accord ring mastery .. 5 mins ago, the same enchant gives +1 .. those thats already enchant +4 remains +4

CORRECTIONS:

lvl10 that already has the enchant +4 remains +4 for some of my characters

lvl10 that just gotten a new ilvl44 ring and I did enchant it gives +1

lvl14 that already has the enchant +4 remains +4

lvl14 that already has the enchant +4 change to +1 * this is the really weird one.. Compare with the one above

lvl19 that already has the enchant +4 remains +4 and I just enchant a ring 10 mins ago and it gives +4

Data taken from about 15 lvl10-19
Doesn't make sense.. Unless it's random

@Merlin To me it's just proof that Blizz is working diligently to nerf all of our high iLvL gear, which was expected and why I'm not even bothering with any of it on any of my other twinks. I got 1 Toon well geared (until the final nerf wave) and that's good enough for me. The rest I'm gearing 100% legit.

The enchants remain but they don't actually give you the 4 vers so they're just eye candy. New rings with +1 are still better than old.

How do you test they are not giving you the full figures? In my case, if I remove the rings.. It minus the full +4 value off my total mastery
