EU+US Enchant Bracer - Minor Versatility - Enchants (+2) and not (+1)!

Hello!

I found out that "Enchant Bracer - Minor Versatility" enchants +2 versatility when applied on a bracer, and not +1 as its description says! I am level 20, and it applied +2 versatility on my bracers instead of +1.

This puts it in line with the rest of the versatility bracer enchants (like all 8 of them) - which all give +2 at level 20. So nothing too exciting other than maybe a cheaper verse enchant. But its another bracer enchant tooltip that is wrong like stats.
