Weapon: Spell Axe of the Farseer - Item - World of Warcraft
Shoulders: Magician's Mantle - Item - World of Warcraft if you're lucky, or Shoulderwraps of Honor - Item - World of Warcraft
Chest: Noble's Robe - Item - World of Warcraft

Keep in mind that the shield is alliance only. For horde you can use Shield of the Barrens - Item - World of Warcraft or Shield of Talrendis Point - Item - World of Warcraft

Also Gloaming Band is alliance only. Horde replacements are: Stillwater's Signet - Item - World of Warcraft or Garrosh's Pardon - Item - World of Warcraft

Gloves of the Hero - Item - World of Warcraft is also a viable option for gloves that is Horde only.

Horde can also get: Uninsured Bracers - Item - World of Warcraft and Acquisition Bracers - Item - World of Warcraft for bracers if you can't find DWB. You will need 7 hit rating to cap though so Acquisition Bracers are a good start on that.

Blennus @ Ahn'Qiraj - Game Guide - World of Warcraft I use this setup, horde needs some more hit rating, draenei's get their racial hit rating aswell.
