Shaman was fun before ghost wolf, when it turned into a FoTM class.

When I rolled the class, shaman was a bit of a novelty, but I always thought they were the most fun healing class in the bracket. Something about them seemed really fucking cool to me.

The problem with Ele is resistance. I won't rant about the other stuff I have before because, well frankly, I don't feel like it. BUT... All it takes is one good player to realize how broken nature resistance is against Ele shaman and they're negligible.



Ever tried to kill a Tauren, Nightelf, and/or Worgen as an Ele shaman? It sucks. Now, imagine if they knew what 15 NR to cloak was. No amount of lucky RNG DRs would save your dmg and utility.

Yep, very true. The resistances at 19 are broken for all classes, but especially Ele shams.

Balance druids suffer from this as well, but add gnome and BE to the list.



Edit: starsure is spellstorm damage which afaik is both nature and arcane, meaning both resistances reduce it.
