Managed to get this: Elemental Attuned Blade - Item - World of Warcraft
is it bis for any 59?

Could be. I'd hang on to it either way b/c I'd it's no longer available in game you could get a lot from a collector if not a twink

That isn't a BiS anyway - The Blessed Hammer of Grace - Item - World of Warcraft gives superior stats across the board with the exception of a 1 Spirit loss at 59. Oh, and it gives 13 resilience.

i think the BoA staff is better than EAB + any OH a 59 can get
boa mace + oh might be better for a healer/dps that uses maces, not interested enuff to look

either way hang on to the blade cuz there wont be anymore dropping soon, if ever again, and if a twink doesnt offer a huge sum (which im doubting they would unless they absolutely refuse to get boa or dont research) then im sure there are collectors out there that will.....and the price will only increase as gold value inflates and rarity increases - no reason to off load it now imo
