wrist: There's some nice leather wrists coming in cata that have crit..

gloves: Maybe Jutebraid if you're horde

belt: Probably satchel

legs: Not sure

boots: New cata leather ones i think

I think most of these people got it all wrong. Ele is all about crit, not f'in sp. This is my set up and its never failed me.
