I prefer static spellpower. Many people will tell you windsong. Static spellpower is just what I choose, it may not be the best for you or your style. That is the beauty of 5.4. There are so many enchants to choose from now. You can customize your twink to fit YOUR style, not someone else's.

perhaps we could provide relevant advice to help revive a dying bracket rather than comical (?) answers or ambiguous answers from cynical members.

My advice would be windsong. I have found that the uptime is great and the fact that you can gain both haste and crit buffs simultaneously is an added bonus.

However i agree that you need to match your enchant to suit your style, so try out a range of them if you can.
