Very nice twink, but its not pure glasscannon, here is what I would change

Troll Kickers - Item - World of Warcraft
Highstrider Boots - Item - World of Warcraft
Heedless Treads - Item - World of Warcraft

These boots scale to 10 strength, If you dont happen to have them since its horde only, you can use any leather boots "of power" and that should also scale to 10 AP.

Haunting Blade - Item - World of Warcraft 15.53 DPS 13 str 9 haste is probably better because the weapon you have its 15.41 DPS and 3.7 speed while BAR is 15.39 DPS and 3.8 speed. Haunting Blade provides the highest amount of DPS, the slowest speed, and the same strength as your Boahn's fang.

I have Haunting blade in my Bags. I was horde but didn't manage to get those boots. I might sometime in the future. But I fear if I lose any more health Ill be too squishy xD

Im growing a little tired of it. Wish Keeshan's Bandana or something were cosmetic. I dislike the boa helm look with it.

I can confirm that haunting blade puts out slightly more dps than what you have currently, despite the haste, and because of this puts out the most dps. Other than that and the boots, looks good. Work on the mog imo.
