Earthen Allied Race skip intro?

I was trying to make an Earthen 10 warlock twink but I'm getting exp from this intro. can i skip it? does my exp matter even if I don't hit 11?

turns out i still hit 11 after doing the intro. you might get under 11 if you waitied until after the anniversary event

Can always race change later on after making a regular dwarf warlock at 11
