Duskbringer Pricecheck

It dropped from SFK, so potentially it is in the same loot tables as SF, albiet extremely rare. Regardless, it doesn't seem at all viable as a weapon (unless proc rate is crazy good, which I doubt) and has limited use as transmog (even though it looks cool/unique for 19s) because of the small pool of viable 2H Swords.

In that case, maybe a couple grand to a collector.
 
An easy way to find out where an item used to drop is to click on the archive button in the top left corner on Wowhead, it'll show an old version of the page that had the mobs that dropped it.

Pulled one out of the vault a while back on BH and sold it for 800g. No one seemed to be in much of a rush to buy it since it lacks base stats and the proc rate isn't exceptional. Weiss is right though. You may find a collector out there.
