EU+US Dungeons at lvl 10?

If you have friends on your list that would party with you to enter, say, Rage Fire Chasm through Org..say they're 20s, what lvl would the monsters be in the zone? for lvl 20, the highest level player in the dungeon?

I'm making a shaman, I wish I could heal dungeons vs quest..hate questing

You can always just que random group finder dungeons from 15 on. Getting to 15 takes maybe an hour. Maybe. If you're taking your time.

The mobs scale individually, so you'll see them as like, level 9-11. Your friends will see them as 19-21 (I think those numbers are correct but I havent paid enough attention to know for sure)

Im honestly not sure how that affects loot like world drop blues, but it doesnt affect boss drop loot or greens.

The world drops that drop in instances are the same ones as before scaling except they scale now.

Right. Im just not sure how they scale or if running with someone significantly higher level affects that scaling. I wasnt really clear on what I meant though.

If you don't use raid finder,they dungeon will not scale an will give you regular gear from before.

It will scale to the closest level of the person who got the loot of that mob.

Questing is way faster, trust me, I just did all this. Iirc they were 15. There's a min and max level for mobs. Pretty sure rfc is 15-60. The end boss gives a big chunk of xp. Questing is like 6k per, mobs in dungeons are 200-300, it's very slow.
