Well I know at one point arenas were always seperated from 10-14 and then 15-19...( don't know if that rule still applies currently ) so you would "think" it would be easy to implement. They already have a gear matching system in the game which was already implemented and re-tuned a few times - but if memory serves right too many people complained about lengthy queue times and I believe they just "turned it off" quite some time ago.



As far as battlegroup merging - I would like to see that myself. Not too sure just how much of a PITA that would be for them to do. Given they are slow to adjust or merge low pop/high pop servers, there must be more to it then I have knowledge about.

i dunno, would there really be activity in the 12-13 bracket if i wanted to queue while i'm bored leveling? heck, any lower level twinks would cease to exist :eek:



yes, it's a good solution (for twinks at least), but it requires a whole rebuilding process for blizzard to do over something that's really kind of trivial.



not only that, but there's still level 18/19 puggers that aren't very good.



i mean it fixes the problem a bit, but it's just too much work for too little advantages :(
 
Had a 18 rogue come in yesterday with 258 hp. All whites not one quest green.



We all laughed and pointed. He left 5 minutes later, after dying 7 times.





But, more to the point. Scrubs will be there till the end of time. All those grays and greens could stop queuing for bgs and spend that same time leveling to 19. But then they say its just a game and proceed to die 5-10 seconds after they enter combat. Didn't know that stat was that important myself. Seriously, if it's just a game, don't you want to win the game?



And then I realize none of them care about winning and are just there for mark so they can go get a bg item. Never mind the time spent getting the bg item 1 mark at a time, because they always lose, would be better spent getting levels and quest gear way beyond wsg gear.
