My question is why are the top guilds limiting classes in premades? By your logic about success and metas, it kind of sounds like they are scared to adapt to the meta.
Or maybe they realize 10v10 BM is literally stupid, while promoting pugs to roll BMs so that the average comp in normal games is complete garbage.
You might be surprised, the math on the total number of people who roll BMs actually affects the average amount you will see in games!

well as a mage, i get stomped by boomkins if they have half a brain, windwalker is still one of the stronger classes but respectable.
i know boomkins gets run over by other classes or specs yes.
forget everything... what i wanted to say is that druids and monks are overplayed and people should consider bringing some more underplayed classes/specs into the bracket instead of everyone playing monk and druid.

The title of bracketmaster must be bestowed upon a future bracketmaster by one who has previously held the title neither I nor nasty nor any other previous bracketmaster bestowed such a title on kunz or AoJ, no forum poll can bestow the title, much less a locked one with 20 votes.
You could post screen shots of 1000 1v2 wins in arena against 2 former bracketmasters to asscend to the throne. Thats in the bylaws, section 18 paragprah C

We can mirror any 10 man class/comp you propose to run in a "Wargame" premade and would beat you. Period. Premade does not equal pug.
Scared to adapt? Quite the opposite. The collective group of 29s on horde currently are too oblivious and stubborn to realize that we are the new meta. You are in fact limiting the meta by encouraging to reduce/refuse to use classes that are currently strong in this patch, and while in moderation (for premade purposes) I think that is a logical idea limiting BMs to one per team etc, you are denying the meta by completely disallowing an entire class/spec that is currently top tier class in the bracket, in other words dis-embracing the current meta. The only class in actuality that I would reason to ban is Feral, and that is actually not really necessary with good communication/team awareness in a 10v10 premade.
You and Nasty can still act like you run the bracket, but the matter of fact is you both are too oblivious and stubborn to realize the throne has been taken from under your feet.

The issue here is you can't, because the best players in the bracket are playing the classes/specs that are having the biggest impact in Battlegrounds, the meta has been shaped and there is nothing you can do about it from a pug perspective.

And yet PUG = 99% of games played in the bracket. The place we are all spending our time.
Winning at all costs at the cost of quality of games is short sighted and childish. The reason us "old-meta" people speak the way we do about pug class balance is because in the past we've found a LOT of success convincing people to play other less FOTM classes. It's akin to nuclear disarmament where people feel more comfortable experimenting if they know the other side isn't running 4 bm 10 mans. I understand that the "new-meta" is a continually devolving variety of classes headed straight to a world where only a few specs are viable, but Blizzard doesn't balance low levels. It is actually in our power to attempt to balance games, come together as a community, and try to reduce the number of classes we see in pug gulch. Games could be better.
