Druid Movement Speed Cloak Enchant?

Alright I was wondering does the 10% stack with all my other stuff, like my boots, boot enchant, feline swiftness, and cat form? Cause if it does, I will be faster then people on mounts, can't imagine when I'm with a WW monk for the passive buff too, BGs of course. If anybody knows tell me below, unless I check it myself after I get my lock and monk finished to 100.

It does stack. My feral druid is moving at 160% in cat form and 170% in travel form while using the wild charge talent

I was 177% before cloak, should be 167 cat and 187 travel after, lol I'mma have fun in bgs catching up to mounts like nothing

Edit: that means when i make my 19 boomy, its gonna be flag carrier and super-kiter too!
