Druid Feral: Weapons=stats only

Is Feral druid only using the stats of a weapon, or is your damage also related to the weapon damage itself?

Feral definitely uses the damage now. Long ago, in BC and earlier, feral weapons had a "+feral attack power" that they used instead of the weapon damage.

The weapon damage does indeed affect your damage in cat form. You can easily test this yourself to see the effect. When you shift into cat form, your DPS changes, and when you try switching weapons, your DPS changes again.

How is +3 int going to be more than a negligible help to a feral druid?

All i meant was that when you change weapons you can see your damage in the character screen go up OR down.

It's debatable and in the end both are a negligible difference when playing feral

Hmm.... I see a definite, non-negligible improvement (10% or so higher) in my Mangles when I put on the +3 temporary weapon damage buff.

I'd imagine that the +2 enchant on my weapon provides 2/3rds of that benefit as well.
