Enhancement
  • Increased all damage dealt by 10%.
I think they removed stuff like marks aimed shot in pvp +damage and arcane mage in pvp +damage at some point, but now added some back overall:

Marksmanship
  • Rapid Fire damage increased by 20%.
  • Aimed Shot damage increased by 10%.
  • Kill Shot damage increased by 10%.
Arcane
  • Arcane Blast damage increased by 8%.
  • Arcane Missiles damage increased by 5%.
  • Arcane Explosion damage increased by 12%.
  • Arcane Orb damage increased by 10%.
  • Arcane Barrage damage increased by 8%.

This is refreshing news, rapid is already pretty strong with talents on, further 20% will put it ahead of aim shot, and it doesn't have cast time

One thing to note.. Socketed gears are back, greens are out.. The set of gems usable are the ones similar to Lava Coral.. Which gives 3agil3mast in the lvl10-19 bracket.. Everything you search on AH will be ilvl based too.. Higher the better.. Which means I have immediately at least 20-30 guild banks worth of gears going into the trash.. Legion epic gears are completely wasted too.. Lvl19 greens are now gearable on lvl21 or higher so greens are completely out.. Another sad day
 
One thing to note.. Socketed gears are back, greens are out..

These are huge stats.. A lot of new things to discover.. I am slowly going through my guild banks too.. Some exact same items having completely different stats

Please note I'm joking. I don't know when Blizz will fix their scaling mistake, but I see others have mentioned it in their bug forum. There's no way ilvl 194 rares and 170 greens are intended for low levels.

I was going through some of my toons.. This one is the most hilarious.. On a lvl44.. A myth SoO.. It now has 1 agil lolololololol wonder if this is going to be permanent

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough I didn't meant the garrison missions but the dailies. That being said nice that you checked the missions too.
I tried the Go Fetch mission from Johnny Awesome in the Frostwall tavern and I got an ilvl 61 ring so we can still get wod warforged, only 3 times a day that is. I know they can warforge since I got a few pieces (boots, legs and wrist from the top of my head) this way. For now ilvl 87 are limited to 3 tries a day and the gear is entierly random so it's gonna be long if it stays this way.

Side note it took like barely more than 10 mins to run Auchindoun solo (as a druid so I skip trash), 20 are busted as hell I do 3 times more damage and never need to heal (1k damage maul on crit with 32% crit for example). Also 5k HP, 215 agility and 356 armor so yeah, we tanky.

Last thing, Stamina no longer grants 11HP per stamina point but 12HP per point so with identical stats we gain 9% health.

Ok ty for the info! Yes I run Auchindoun and it's incredibly fast.

You have to refarm your gear from 35's raids they scale up too but only new obtained gear. (except soo for some reason)

Uhm just doing Auchindoun rn, stuff drops ilvl 120, req 40. Didn't check epics so far. Stuff seems grandfathered?
In Auchindoun ilvl120 blues have just dropped for both my lvl60 and lvl20 toons in legacy loot mode. Looks like 120 is the min AND max item level that can drop. Requires lvl40. LOL There's so much mess with item levels almost anywhere I look. LOL
Also, is it fair that all the ilvl28 greens I had equipped before the update are now showing red and my toon looks naked when I log out? LOL The ones with speed would still be valuable for dungeon farming (just autofollow a high level) but now have to get a full set of speed gear again? LOL These items some people spent millions of gold on now all of a sudden just cannot even be equipped any more. Are these guys serious? LOL

well yea. ilvl 28 greens and ilvl 25 blues... one of those seems to not be in line with expectation. Honestly shocked the old greens dont require lvl 24 instead.

Yes, I was shocked the ilvl28 greens did not require a higher character level in Shadowlands. I think it's a crazy system where accessible greens are more valuable than blues or purples at any character level.
But what I am shocked about now much more is that they have made them completely unusable probably without considering how much time and effort some people might have put in them. If it's just a mistake, that's easily understandable. If intentional, that's one of the worst policies they can follow if they want to keep customers like myself. Not that I desperately need those greens but because this suggests they probably think it's fine to just simply take away something that's yours.
They could have just raised the item level of these old 28 greens less so that they don't have to increase the required character level. That's inflating the value of them away but way better than making them completely unusable. What's the problem with that? A little bit of more work? OK, I know, I know, they would probably argue that most people will just level up and then they can equip them again, but have they heard about twinks? LOL

I hope you understand the number of players that know or use those ilvl 28 greens is like 0,0001 % of all wow players.
