I've seen a resto shaman at 6900 hp, dominated the battle ground, what class/spec do you think is the S tier in dragonflight? maybe also include the reason?

Random queue PVP is godawful @ 20 and, as far as I know, ppl are not doing premade, so not much of a point to a tier list. I guess you could do a tier list for solo content or something if you want.

Can not get any better to get one shotted with aimed shot out of stealth by 29 lvl MM hunter. Even well geared 20 lvl MM hunter can do a big mess on battleground.
