They share cooldown, so insignia would be better. If insignia is on CD and you're playing a bracket where other trinkets aren't available you could roll 2x for the dodge I guess.

Totally forgot, i started twinking 19s toward the end of vinella. Big in BC. Do you think blizz will add stam to it eventually? Or you think it will stay dodge throug out classic?

it still had dodge in BC , they changed it with the first big item change

Insignia, Minor Recombobulator xN, AGM x2 would be the ideal setup for 19 trinkets
do remember that shamans have purge and priest have dispel, but can remove the agm bubble
