I got these shoes recently, during this patch, on my lvl 29, and it had the level requirement of 35 )as usual) so i couldn't wear it.

If you're 35 or higher level, it won't show required level.

In this picture, on the top right hand side, there is a notification asking the player to fill out a GM survey, meaning, that he had recently talked to a GM.

I'm assuming it has something to do with that.

He probably levelled his character to 35, kept the boots on, and asked to have his level taken down.

This is just a random guess.

He could just be photoshopping and trolling us all.

my boy peepee scammed a fishing hat from out of GM back in tbc. i would guess this guy asked a GM to restore fishing boots and the restored item didn't have a required level, or its shooped
