[font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]Bob, there was a huge fit thrown on the bliZZARD forums a few years ago about people on low pop servers getting the mace for AQ opening, then transferring to another server to get a black beetle for themselves, even after the gates were already open. bliZZARD won't bother to fix obvious exploits in the game, but will take the time to make the game more and more unfun.



I love how this game started as two factions fighting each other for survival with a gruesome storyline of genocide, betrayal, murder, greed and other dirty motivations to.... Panda.... Bears....[/font]
 
So using quest items to mog boa I re did a priest and it worked been trying a hunter and can't get it. Something to do with cloth to cloth working but the mail quest item to boa shoulders that turn to leather on twink not working?

[font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]It's the armor type that's giving the most trouble. BoA's automatically upgrade when you level and hit the next armor type. Champions Deathdealer's for example are leather before 40, but upgrade to mail. But they're not seen as leather before 40, they're seen as mail all the time, that's why it's being crappy.[/font]

Strange, players who are paying extra money for server xfers aren't getting discouraged to do so...



Maybe if you mailed Blizz a couple bucks they'll leave your xmogs alone ;p

Harley you can only put the skins of items on BOAS that are from the same armor type as the BOA would be in the end, so plate boas need plate skins, mail boas need mail skins so on an so forth, meaning that hunters warriors pallies and shaman take it up the rear we can't even mog our boas.





The bug of moging and mailing the gear still works, but if you enter an instance or dungeon with the gear on it strips the skins, not sure if the items are un-equipped what it does but honestly not worth my time to figure out a workaround.



And once again blizzard fixes a NON PROBLEM. What a bunch of worthless asshats.
 
so, my bank alt lost its fun transmogged boas without my even joining a bg. simply logging in.



perhaps you have to have items unequipped and in the bank to not lose them?



any confirmation i could remog and mail this shit back to myself again, or have they patched it further?

I managed a boa mail mog last night but i lost it when i ran a dungeon, haven't messed with it since then
 
i thot i'd be fkn okay since i don't plan to do anything with the char but check mail n post auctions, but noooo, can't even do that =s
