Doing Randoms with noobs

Anybody else get people who don't understand the term "BiS" or "Twink"? its pretty frustrating.

Yeah i have the same problem, its pretty fail. I usually just go ahead of the group and tank on my own because I can solo every boss fairly easily. The only reason I do em is because my damn cloak wont drop off the satchel.

yeah, i have a lot of old school twinks coming back. I've referred them all here and say they like the changes so i guess there are some people out there who are actually listening to us and using this site to its potential

Unfortunately after the 300 hp warrior wipes nearly instantly after standing in front of Commander Springvale's purple breath attack for the entire duration, I feel it's necessary to speak. Or standing in Pistol Barrage. Or not taking care of ghouls. Or vapors on Ripsnarl (even though they're weak mode non-heroic.)

I love to explain to someone that I can still heal as a disc priest. They don't get it and had a tank leave because he said I was not heal spec. The sad thing is I did more dps and damage then everyone in the group plus healed them all.

Yes, exp-off players that have made it through the harrowing pulse-check starting zones don't know what hit rating is or why they should have it. They either don't know what a twink is, or think you're a homo for talking about them (literally). What a mindfuck that new players wouldn't know things that aren't shoved into their face by the tutorial-esque quest chains or the other new players they're mostly ending up in groups with, or even the older, more experienced, silent players who rightly don't give two-effs that these people are new and say nothing either way.



If you're mad that new players are randomly queueing for low-level dungeons designed for low-level players and doing poorly, that's fine. Go start a remedial WoW school for people who want to be as leetskeet as you but simply aren't good enough, I'm sure you'll fix this problem forever. You can even go and have the nearest Kinkos print out a textbook called "Twink and BiS: You Should Know These Terms and Why I'm Better Than You Because You Don't." It'll be awesome, trust me.
