Does ZG shoulder enchants still work?

Only know one who sold it who never failed the bug. He had 150g tip for twinks and 200g for lvl 60's and you got to pay the mats yourself. The materials (bijou) cost like 6g each and each on AH and you needed 15 of them.

So 240g ish in total. That guy was making bank on that bug abuse

so tradebug doesnt work anymore, confirmed but also no source. does enchanting mailing the shoulders still work?
 
Can you still put librams on LFH, fang leggings etc?
