Does Heartseeker still work on a BoA ranged?

It was a tooltip link, I didn't actually go out and buy the BoA bow and the scope lol

Enchantment alone adds 75.47% chance to crit.

Yeah I saw it on a 19 hunter today and confirmed on armory. A batch of hunters chose to turtle up with flag and this guy crit me every...single...time.
