EU Does fire mage works as f2p ?

Hi! I began to farm items so. I thought about first stat crit ? + i want to ask : i dropped epic godffrey pants ilvl 32 what's the amoutn of chance to drop it epic ? 0.1 % ? first time i get it since my wow beginning ...

Not a mage player. Iirc I read somewhere here crit is not important for fire because you just use your 100% procs. If that is still the case, get some haste to actually shoot once, maybe versatility?
