US Does Blizzard read reports even though I'm the only one reporting?

I've come across 2 botters in twink camping spots that have autoattack and autoloot. I've reported them multiple times already for the past few days and they're still there. Should I record them or something? What can I do about it besides reporting them in-game which, obviously, doesn't fucking work.

take a screenshot and post it, the more people that see it the higher chance blizzard will address it
just let how us 20 vets report 29s who bug themselves into a bg

99% of the people who complain about this all have glitched enchants... The hypocrisy on this site is hilarious.

so? if nobody catches you tbagging farm animals youre still a crazy weirdo and its still wrong. everyone with exploited gear or glitching to get into a bg is a pile of trash IRL.

Well, yes and no, you might get lucky and they look into your report, mostly they look into the chars that have been reported multiple times, friend of mine worked at blizzard and told me a long time ago (might've change by now) that one time reported players are rarely looked into, so if you want to make sure you open a ticket, talk about something you need to know and mention it after he has solved or educated you about your original issue, that way they do look into it.
