I'm assuming he means a vet who chooses not to get enchants. You're still a vet, just a vet who chooses to not use enchants. Use whichever forum you want. @Dabow

Vet has its own events ; so does F2P ; if you participate with Vets more than F2P, then Vet section would be better for you.

Why not?
I have fully subbed accounts and I/we participate in Trial events, Vet events as well as subbed account events. As long as you hold your character to the, event guidelines there should be no issues.
