discovery in Mechagon today, may also assist enchanters for BFA mats?

i have been doing loops in mechagon at random on some vet10's/20s to build up vendor items from chests. when i unlocked the zone and was also doing some quests, at one point unlocked a tinker recipe. this recipe makes a item, which you use to open. inside can be either a trinket or ring (both epic).

i made did this on a 10 and 20, the trinket reqs level 50 but the ring was item lvl 70 with no level requirement to equip which has 9 stam, 14 sec stat, 15 sec stat, can equip two, and can upgrade. one of the three i made had a socket. another player i had avoidance proc on a ring

not sure of these are DE-able for legion epic mats needed for enchanters

I would love a leg up with bfa enchanting mats, now 2 complete clears of freehold gives me mats for about 8 epic tailoring bracers, its not going that fast. and i need 155 enchanting. en then enough to make scrolls for future gear.

Long story short, f2p still can access mechagon? or something change?

there are two higher level tinker levels that makes 76 and 80 i-level items, they require honored and revered rep with rustbolt resistance which i have on a level 10, but it's not allowing me to make those, will have to check my 20s

You can craft the ilvl 76/80s as low as level 10 but would suggest saving your mats for the ilvl 80s. Also, how do these rings compare to WoD warforged for 20s? Has anyone gotten a socket/tert double proc?

Interesting stuff. Those rings are insane for level 10. Almost double the ilvl of other available gear

As far as 20s go, ilv 87 still edges out over these rings. Yes some people have gotten triple procs wf+socket+tert (I haven’t)

I think these rings are definitely interesting and contenders if anything ever happens to the SL gems for 20s

Unfortunately, it looks like you will still need unlock Nazjatar to unlock Mechagon, and that requires level 50 from what I could tell. As far as these items, they don't really scale at all, they are just lacking a level requirement. So they are really only useful for 10s atm. I suppose if they ever nerf Warforged gear, it might be useful but I think they'd probably patch these out

the recipes at the tinker bot for 76 and 80 i-level items appear on it's list as you reach honored and revered rep with rustbolt resistance, but you need to buy the recipes from the quarter master to activate them at the tinker bot to make them.

if you are F2P you will not be able to buy them since they are over 1000g no matter your rep. if you are VET if capped will run into same issue unless you had like 3700g before you unsubbed.
