I feel as though someone has to make this message for sake of newer community members and preserving the goal of achieving a website high in accurate content. This is not meant to be any "shots" at anyone.
Between now and the launch of legion, there will be many people seeking this ideal of providing foresight in what's to come for the future of a given bracket through possible gear bis lists and whatnot. Some people do so out of a drive to feel important or reliable.
However, anyone who's been through multiple expansions should be well aware as to take these theories with the tiniest grain of salt they can. The truth is, everything in the game is always subject to change even when introduced to the live game... especially over half a year before launch of said game and dozens of phases of betas before release. Clearly at the current state of the beta, Blizzard is still slowly implementing all of the classes and specs at endgame as even specs and classes are still very unfinished. With that being said, they will be focusing on more important things that affect the entire game such as specs, classes, racials until they feel as though they're getting them closer to how they're supposed to work.
My advice to everyone is to keep in mind the damages spreading misinformation can have. Theorizing is fun and trying to predict change is exciting, but I would suggest everyone be clear in vocalizing that it's still very, very, very early before release and things can and most likely will be changed in between now and launch at the end of summer 2016. Blizzard has grown extremely brilliant over the years and have done a remarkable job at sniping advantages and exploits players (especially lower leveled players) may find. With that being said, things can still perhaps slip through the cracks.
Just a few words from an extremely veteran player who's been through this countless times. I'm not trying to discredit anyone, but provide advice and invoke caution when talking theories of a game that's still far, far, far from being released.
